James Bond, one of the most favoured detective character in the movie sequels, has also been preferred as a game. At the latest, IO Interactive has revealed a teaser on the project they are working named as - Project 007.

As the fans await the release of the latest sequel to James Bond movie - No Time To Die in 2021, gamers also await such exciting news on the upcoming release of a game based on the character.

IO Interactive has been working on the upcoming relese of Hitman 3 on 20th January, 2021 for PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, Stadia and PC. However, such a teaser adds to the sudden excitement as they are reportedly working in collaboration with MGM, EON Productions and Delphi for the release of a brand new James Bond Game.



As stated in the report, this game would be an origin story of James Bond with an entirely new gameplay showcasing immersive storytelling. Finely stated by the CEO of IO Interactive, Hakan Abrak,

Creating an original Bond game is a monumental undertaking and I truly believe that IO Interactive, working closely with our creative partners at EON and MGM, can deliver something extremely special for our players and communities. Our passionate team is excited to unleash their creativity into the iconic James Bond universe and craft the most ambitious game in the history of our studio.

The developers are currently recruiting new talents to their team noting an active development of Project 007 at the offices in Copenhagen, Denmark and MalmÖ, Sweden.
